To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items damaged due to misuse will not qualify for refunds or exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes, oils, bakhoor, and fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved
